We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Horizon Labs in Remote. You will work in a small team with real ownership of what you build.

- Run smooth, fair processes for candidates and customers
- Improve how we work, one process at a time

- Solid experience with Onboarding, Account management, English C1
- Clear communication in English (French is a plus)
